Basic Purchase Steps – Pay & approve your design

1- Set and Order a popArmada marketing product & purchase : once payment is verified (mostly within few seconds), your order is in progress.
Then you get your Order Invoice per email with next steps instructions.

2- If not a popArmada project on demand, but a popArmada marketing product,
within 3 to 5 days, (or “express design delivery” in 24h) :
You’ll get an email with 2 Product samples to choose (A or B).
Just reply to this email with your choice “A” or “B”, or “C” in some cases depending on the demand.

3- Once we get your email notification with your selected choice A or B, we continue to approve your project,
and you get an email with Final invoice and your Download-Link… & continue to next steps if requested, such as print.

Purchase Steps & delivery Process

Once you click on buy now, your order is saved and you continue to your shopping cart overview.
Please check if all matches in your order. You can add now more products to your shopping cart or go to check-out.

At check out,
please verify your order details, and upload files if needed.
If you have a coupon code, add it to get a discount to your purchase.
Please verify your personal or company billing/delivery address.

Confirm “agree to our privacy policy”, and click on Paypal or favorite payment method“.
Complete payment and get your invoice order per email.

After 3-5 days or 24-48h express, you get a 2nd email with Samples to choose.
Reply to this email with your choice (A or B).
Within 1h to 24h you get an email with a download link of your finished design file(s), and a confirmation of next steps if so.

If a print order has been set, we continue to start your print order.
Within 24 to 48h we ship your product to your delivery address.
Default shipping is 10 days, to get your print delivery.
If so, you get a shipping email with tracking number.

Once you get your product,
Open the box safely to not hurt your-self or damage your product.
Please verify if no errors detected, and all suits the desired amount and product expectations.

Rare but if so, please read and follow returns policy further below, take photos of damaged products, and contact us within 5 business days of your delivery.

Be aware, no returns nor refunds after 5 days of tracked delivery.
If matches, and depending on the issue, we will send you min. 10% of your print product, or a complete new order delivery for free.

WE PREPARE OUR PRINT PRODUCTS WITH CARE AND PRECISE SHIPPING MANAGEMENT IS REQUIRED. QUANTITIES PER SIZE OF PRINT QUALITY WILL PROVIDE A SPECIFIC WEIGHT. IF YOU ORDER 5000 CARDS FOR EXAMPLE, THIS HAS A SPECIFIC WEIGHT, WHICH CANNOT BE MISTAKEN ON A DELIVERY.

IF YOUR PAYMENT IS DONE, AND WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND REQUEST A REFUND, YOU NEED TO SEND US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR CANCELING REQUEST, AND WE WILL PROCEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. YOU GET	2 PNG : TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND (150 + 300 DPI) 2 JPG : WHITE BACKGROUND (150 + 300 DPI)
*BE AWARE	During design process for approval, You get 2 concept designs to choose from, A or B.
PROCESS	First PAY, then approve your design, then to download, or to print.
COPYRIGHTS	ALL DOWNLOAD FILES ARE HDI, and DOES NOT INCLUDE EDITING FILES, YOU GET : PNG (transparent background) AND JPG (white or black background).
