What’s your return policy?
Return any of our products is not possible — We need photographs and samples per mail, to aprove a refund or re-shipping.
If your request is validated by our customer support team, We send you a new product order within 15 to 30 days.
What do I do if an item arrived damaged?
We’re so sorry if your product arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at customer_support@popArmada.com within 1 week time of delivery.
Take photos of the product and the packing slip (this is standard practice for ecommerce businesses), plus your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible !
RARE BUT IF YOUR PRINT PURCHASE ARRIVES DEFFECT : PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF DAMAGED OR MISTAKEN PRINTS, AND WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER PLEASE EXPLAIN THE ISSUE BY EMAIL AND SEND US FEW SAMPLES OF DAMAGED PRINTS PER MAIL. IF YOUR ISSUE IS 100% APPROVED BY OUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT, YOU WILL GET A NEW FULL “RE-PRINT” DELIVERY FOR FREE WITHIN APROX. 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
IF LESS THAN 10% OF YOUR PRINT-ORDER IS DAMAGED : YOU DO NOT GET A FREE FULL PRINT ORDER,
SINCE THESE RARE FACTORY ISSUES MIGHT HAPPEN. SO WE WILL SHIP YOU FOR FREE THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGED ITEMS,
AND A 10% DISCOUNT CODE ON YOUR NEXT PRINT ORDER.
